Our dedicated pelvic health clinic is in high demand, and we maintain a priority waitlist for those needing care. To ensure we can continue providing this level of care to those on our waitlist, we request as much notice as possible, ideally 48 hours notice. If you are unable to attend in person with less than 24 hours notice we offer:

  • Telehealth: We can easily convert your session to a Telehealth consultation at your scheduled time so you don’t miss out on your progress.
  • Late Cancellation / Reschedule: If you choose not to proceed with Telehealth and need to cancel or reschedule at short notice, a 50% fee will apply to cover the reserved room and clinical time.
  • No shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice attracts a 100% fee.
