Our dedicated pelvic health clinic is in high demand, and we maintain a priority waitlist for those needing care. To ensure we can continue providing this level of care to those on our waitlist, we request a minimum of 48 hours notice for all changes.

If you are unable to attend in person on the day, we offer:

  1. Telehealth: We can easily convert your session to a Telehealth consultation so you don’t miss out on your progress.
  2. Short-Notice Reschedule: You may reschedule your appointment with a non-refundable 50% deposit applied toward your next visit.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 50% fee. No shows attract a 100% fee. These policies allow us to keep our clinic sustainable and available for those in need.
