Yes. We welcome patients holding a valid Chronic Disease Management Plan (commonly known as an EPC or GP Care Plan).

To claim your rebate, your GP must formally recommend and lodge this referral prior to your appointment. This is a strict Medicare requirement, and we are unable to process rebates without a current plan on file.

How Billing Works with a Care Plan: Please note that GP Care Plans do not cover the full cost of your specialised consultation. A gap payment applies to all appointments. You will settle your account in full at the time of your session, and our team will lodge your claim directly with Medicare on your behalf to ensure your rebate is processed as quickly as possible.
