New! Online Pelvic Floor Exercise Classes

Our 30-minute online classes are an excellent choice if you’re looking for guided, focused pelvic floor strengthening or relaxation from your own home or workplace, at an accessible price point! We offer:

  • Pelvic Floor Strengthening Classes: Ideal for those wanting targeted, intensive strengthening of the pelvic floor.
  • Pelvic Floor Relaxation Class: Tailored for individuals with endometriosis, pelvic pain, or similar conditions, this class focuses on gentle exercises to relax and ease tension in the pelvic floor.

These classes will be held via zoom and a link will be emailed to you the day before your session.

What to Bring

Pelvic Floor Strengthening Class: To get the most out of your class, we recommend having a resistance band, resistance loop and a small 20-25cm Pilates ball. To make this easier we do have a small Pilates pack available for purchase in our clinic for $24.90. There is no need to have a specific exercise mat, although you may find this helpful for the cool down component of this class if you are on a hard floor.

Pelvic Floor Relaxation Classes: This class will have a large component on the floor. We recommend having a soft floor or a comfortable exercise mat. Pillows, cushions or yoga blocks may also be helpful for some sustained pelvic floor stretches.

Prior to your first class:

An assessment is highly recommended before starting to ensure the class aligns with your needs, as not all conditions benefit from pelvic floor strengthening or relaxation. This assessment also confirms correct pelvic floor activation and screens for other symptoms. Additionally, an initial assessment is usually required for private health insurance claims

If you would like to claim through private health extras cover, you will need to check with your insurer to see if it is covered. You can then claim through your private health insurer. Unfortunately, we cannot process private health rebates over the phone/ online.

To book, you can schedule both initial assessments and classes online or via phone. For online bookings, select ‘Exercise Class Initial Assessment’ for assessments, or ‘Group Sessions’ for classes.
