New! Online Pelvic Floor Exercise Classes

We offer 30-minute online exercise classes. These can be a great option if you would like more guided and intensive pelvic floor strengthening.

These classes will be held via zoom- if you book a session you will receive a link the day before.

What to Bring

To get the most out of your class we recommend having a resistance band, resistance loop and a small 20-25cm Pilates ball. To make this easier we do have a small Pilates pack available for purchase in our clinic for $24.90. There is no need to have a specific exercise mat, although you may find this helpful for the cool down component of this class if you are on a hard floor.

Prior to your first class:

We do highly recommend an assessment prior to your first class. Not every condition benefits from pelvic floor strengthening. This assessment is to determine if you may benefit from pelvic floor strengthening, to ensure you can correctly activate your pelvic floor and to screen for other symptoms. This session will also be required by your private health insurer if you would like to claim through private health insurance.

If you would like to claim through private health extras cover, you will need to check with your insurer to see if it is covered. You can then claim through your private health insurer. Unfortunately, we cannot process private health rebates over the phone/ online.
